Was Jesus a Capitalist or a Communist?

We have to first of all know that one of pillars of Communism is having a GODless State. So, my response to this question will ignore this pillar, since Jesus obviously was not GODless.

To me as a Muslim, Jesus was a Muslim. He was neither a Capitalist nor a Communist, because he believed in One True Undivided GOD Almighty, and he believed in Justice and equality of treatment to all people. Plus he taught his followers how to love and forgive ...

In the anarchist organization Im a member of there seems to be an unhealthy emphasis on participating in pre - existing social movements. - pro choice, wage protests ect

Personally I think acting within the system is a waste of time - The prime function of anarchists is to be forward with our revolutionary ideology and undermine capitalism directly. The single issue campings we participate in and organize

entail no education about our long term goals whatsoever. I feel there are factions ...

I dont know if this has been discussed before or not, but here I go.

Is there room for religion in an anarchy? I mean, religion is clearly not very anarchistic..

God

Prophets

Pope

Bishops

Priests

Regular Folks

(Using the catholic/Christian set up as its the one I know best)

In an anarchy we are all equal, but according to religion God is a supreme being thats better than all of us.

And if we were to start a revolution it would be extremely difficult to get everyone ...

Grassroots is a term simply meaning it occurs at a local level. This is the founding point of all forms of anarchy, but is particularly necessary for Anarchocommunism to survive.

By direct voting occurring at local levels, and community control of the economy, people can have a true say in their community and have full sway over their economy.

Discuss.

For years, acclaimed author and speaker Tim Wise has been electrifying audiences on the college lecture circuit with his deeply personal take on whiteness and white privilege. In this spellbinding lecture, the author of White Like Me: Reflections on Race from a Privileged Son offers a unique, inside-out view of race and racism in Amerika. Expertly overcoming the defensiveness that often surrounds these issues, Wise provides a non-confrontational explanation of white privilege and the damage ...

I think one of the main problems within Anarcho syndicalism is that modern unions have been altogether hijacked by state socialist groups and even worse - social democracy. This follows wide move away from anarchism within the working class - esp in the US. The problem dosn't seem as bad on the European continent so much - where Anarchism is still regraded in much the same way as it has always been.

Anarchy has an uphill battle to fight, in that we need to re-legitimize the movement in the ...

Anarcho communism is a distinct body of revolutionary social and political ideas. It offers a radical alternative to the statist belief systems which have proved their bankruptcy in the twentieth century.

Marxism, in both its Bolshevik and social democratic varieties, has proved a disastrous failure.
South Africa today

But this is not merely a theoretical discussion. How does this apply to the current situation in South Africa? After the 1994 elections we had a situation where the ANC won the elections and thus formed the new government (though at that time it was a Government of National Unity including other parties), but on the one hand the state structures were not fundamentally transformed, and on the other economic power was still in the hands of the same handful of (white-owned) ...

The Zapatista Army of National Liberation (El Ejército Zapatista de Liberación Nacional) is an anarcho communist army that is based in Mexico, mainly the poorest state in Mexico, Chiapas. In 1994, January 1st, they started their revolution and it has been increasingly successful throughout the years. Today, they are attempting non-violent struggles because the people told them too -- they are truly an army of the people. However, both the people and their army are realizing how unsuccessful that ...

Recently I had a debate over the legitimacy of state regulatory bodies. It was proposed by a social democrat that regulatory bodies within the state institution could be used in order to counteract the concentration of social power.
